How The Process Works:

Step 1:

We will design a proposal for you using online pictures or ones you send us. No need to visit your home unless you want us to!
50% deposit to get on our schedule and pull/order your decor. We will provide you with a guaranteed date for installation.

Step 2:

We will install and maintain your decorations. If there is an issue such as a bulb going out, just give us a call and we will come out and fix it at no cost to you. Weather and other factors permitting, our goal for current customers is to have your lights ready to turn on at Thanksgiving weekend.

Step 3:

You can turn off your lights whenever you would like to. We will come out and take down the decorations based on the weather; if the decorations are frozen into ice, then we will wait until they are thawed out to avoid damaging them. We then catalog and store your decor properly and securely.
In September, we will notify you so you can pay your deposit and get on our schedule again!

Your installation is scheduled upon receipt of deposit. Existing customers are guaranteed installation before Thanksgiving weekend, excluding extreme weather circumstances. New customers are fit into November & December openings as available. If you are interested in earlier installation, contact the office for details on scheduling: 269-763-9248 Ext 4.

The removal of your décor is done according to the weather conditions. To avoid damage to your home and to keep our technicians safe, we cannot remove décor under adverse weather conditions. You are always welcome to simply unplug your décor from the timer at any point you want your lights off. Once the weather is good, we will systematically remove your décor and store it for the off season. Our removal process begins in January.

Additional features can be added at any time for existing customers. Simply go to our additions page or call us to add on. The color of our bulbs will always match because we use the same kelvin temperature bulbs year over year to ensure that all your decorations match from previous years.

First, we order you commercial grade decorations that is unavailable at retail stores. You then own the product. We then store and maintain it for you during the off-season, making for a completely hands off experience. Since you now own the product, consecutive year costs are reduced.

We are fully insured and provide workers compensation. We have a large amount of specialized safety gear; and we provide safety training to all our technicians to avoid unsafe situations in the first place.
